This is a delicious, low calorie, highly satisfying, and extremely nutritious treat. It works well as a breakfast or a mid morning/mid afternoon snack.This dish contains approximately 30 grams of protein and healthy antioxidants from the berries.


-1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I prefer I prefer to use Promasil by Rivalus )

-175ml/3/4 cup of greek yogurt

-small mixed berry salad or 1/2 cup of mixed berries

-approximately 1/8 cup of oatmeal


1.  In a bowl add the greek yogurt and 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder and mix thoroughly.

2.  Add in your mixed berries and oatmeal, mix again, and enjoy!


-When buying a protein powder (whatever flavor you chose), make sure you read the label. Some protein powders are GARBAGE! The one I am using in the pic above has only 110 calories, 1 total gram of carbs, 0 grams of sugar (ALWAYS opt for low sugar protein powders), and 24 grams on protein per scoop.

-When choosing a greek yogurt, stick to ones that ONLY have skim milk and bacterial cultures listed as the ingredients.The flavoured greek yogurts are loaded with sugar.

-Be VERY careful about the kind of oatmeal you use. Look for ones that  ONLY  have “oats” as the ingredient. Some packs of instant oatmeal are loaded with sugar.
